Logan Reveals Ick She Got From Jason

Farmer Wants A Wife (FWAW) 2026 finalist Logan Firth has called out a major “ick” she copped from Farmer Jason Tessman after the show aired. I guess you could call that post-reality-TV clarity.
Hold ya horses! This article contains Farmer Wants A Wife spoilers. You’ve been warned.
The first round of the FWAW Australia 2026 finales have kicked off, with both Farmer Zac Kuiper and Farmer Jason finding love after weeks upon weeks of dates, drama and farm farewells.
In Monday night’s shebang, Jason picked Poppy Victoria, which came as a shock, as she vocalised that she didn’t want kids despite the dairy farmer’s desire to have more.
“I’ve always wanted to say I’ve wanted more kids… It does scare me that it might not happen. But in saying that, maybe that’s a risk, and it might not pay off, but I’m willing to take that chance,” Jason said before asking Poppy to return to the farm.
While the moment was sweet (but shocking, especially with Jason’s stance on more children), runner-up Logan had a lot to say about the farmer’s decision, and it’s not because she wasn’t picked.
Farmer Wants A Wife‘s Logan reveals the moment that Farmer Jason gave her the “ick”
Jason’s desire to have kids was a major plot point in his FWAW journey, especially regarding Poppy and their clashing views. However, according to Logan (who was keen on having more kiddos), Jason’s hopes of changing Poppy’s mind on kids were never shared.
“I think he definitely did think he could change her mind, which I don’t like,” Logan told Who.

“You want to start a relationship with someone, but you’re wanting to change their mind about a really big thing? I don’t like that; that icks me,” she added.
“If I knew that when we were there, it would have been a big thing, so I was interested in watching that back.”
Another thing that caught her off guard was Jason’s concerns over their almost 10-year age gap. During the black-tie dinner, Jason expressed his worries about Logan’s maturity and their age gap to producers after she jokingly commented on staying in the house and being a “boring person”.
According to the 28-year-old, their age gap was “never brought up directly” to her.
“Hearing him comment on that a fair bit, especially in the last few episodes. It was very interesting for me, it never seemed to be an issue,” she told Who
Despite this, Logan confirmed to PEDESTRIAN.TV that she is still in contact with the farmer, revealing they “call all the time”.
“He’s a really great guy, and I think we’ll always be really good friends. He’s amazing,” she said.
It’ll be interesting to see if they’ll still be mates after she watched the entire season… with the ick.
