Matt Kalil’s ex-wife Haley hits back as bitter lawsuit takes a fresh twist after viral manhood comments about NFL star

The lawyer for Matt Kalil’s ex-wife Haley plans to file a motion to dismiss after she was sued for making sexually explicit comments about the size of his manhood.
Haley’s comments on a Twitch livestream went viral in November after she described his penis as being the size of ‘two coke cans, maybe even a third’, detailing how their intimacy issues in part caused the breakdown of their seven-year marriage.
Furious Matt has since filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, alleging that her ‘invasive commentary’ has spoiled his attempts to stay out of the public eye with his new wife.
Now, though, the saga has continued with TMZ reporting that Haley’s lawyer will attempt to have the case against her thrown out, because she has ‘erotic autonomy’ – which is the freedom to discuss and make decisions around her own sexuality.
Matthew Bialick says he will file a motion to dismiss the lawsuit when he is formally served the summons or complaint, which he is still waiting for.
He claims it is ‘totally unreasonable’ to file a suit on the basis of making someone liable for ‘exercising her sexual sovereignty by truthfully describing a sexual experience that left her in tears.’

Haley, a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, went viral after discussing the size of his penis
Meanwhile, earlier this week the attorney representing ex-NFL star Matt has accused his model ex-wife of seeking ‘fortune and fame’ by making the online comments.
‘[Haley] Kalil disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that were of no legitimate public concern and subjected Matt Kalil and his family to widespread ridicule and unwanted attention,’ said attorney Ryan Saba.
‘Haley Kalil shared these sensitive personal details about her ex-husband in an apparent quest to seek fortune and fame,’ he added.
‘Her actions were extreme, outrageous, beyond all possible bounds of decency, and have caused substantial harm to Matt Kalil, his family, and his business.’
In the suit, Kalil – who was 6-foot-6 and 315lbs during his career – allegedly claims he has been subjected to ‘unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public,’ while his family have ‘been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.’
She described the former Vikings player’s penis as ‘two coke cans, maybe even a third’
In addition, he alleges that Haley has ‘been able to financially benefit from this surge in traffic’, while he is left to deal with the consequences.
Haley since spoke to TMZ after being slapped with the lawsuit, and said she is ‘genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt’ by the allegations.
‘Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal,’ she added.
She went on to claim that she spoke highly of her ex-husband ‘six times’ in the live-stream conversation, even referring to him as ‘the greatest guy in the world.’
Kalil’s new wife, Keilani Asmus, has been sent vile online abuse over the size of his manhood
Kalil was a fourth-overall pick for the Vikings who made the Pro Bowl in his rookie season
Since splitting from Haley in 2022, Kalil has remarried, tying the knot with model Keilani Asmus in the summer of 2024, and claims she has received a barrage of disgusting messages on social media about her husband’s manhood.
The suit filed against Haley includes a series of screenshots of messages purportedly sent to Keilani, which Kalil claims have become ‘increasingly frequent, disturbing and alarming in nature over time.’
In reference to Haley describing Kalil’s penis as ‘two coke cans, maybe even a third’, one said to Keilani: ‘Nah there’s no way she can take 2 coke cans, sorry.’
‘Does it hurt to walk?’ another asked.
