Noel Gallagher’s 15-year-old son was spotted giving the middle finger to Man United fans after Man City’s Erling Haaland scored the controversial deciding goal at Old Trafford.
Sonny Gallagher celebrated alongside his brother Donovan, 18, and their Oasis rockstar father Noel, 59, in the stands 62 minutes into the game, with City a man down after Phil Foden’s red card.
The teenager flipped off rival fans in the stands and jeered as star striker Haaland netted in the second-half what later proved to be the winner.
His gesture will have rubbed salt in the wounds as it came after a lengthy VAR check that the home supporters thought would rule out the strike for offside. But the goal was incorrectly awarded and gave City a lead they held on to.
Sonny’s father, meanwhile, punched the air in jubilation and chanted, clapping as his youngest son gave both middle fingers to their opponents.
The Gallaghers are known for being die-hard Manchester City fans, and have been supporters long before the club became the dominant Premier League force it is today.
Oasis have been the musical backdrop of the successes that City has amassed since Sheikh Mansour bought the club in 2008.
Gallagher and his brother, Liam, have become the team’s most recognisable supporters.

Noel is even close friends with the club’s former manager, Pep Guardiola, who transformed the club over his nearly decade in charge.
On Sunday, Noel’s sons were recognisable in the crowd, with Sonny donning a navy and blue jacket in his father’s Mod rocker style.
It is the brothers’ second outing with their celebrity father this week, after making an appearance at the premiere of Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger in London.
Sonny was the spitting image of his rocker dad after borrowing his vintage 2008 Stone Island jacket for the event – with a matching haircut to fit.
Noel had worn the jacket at a press conference in Wembley to announce a stadium tour nearly two decades ago.
He declared at the time the shows would be ‘the gigs of next year, if not the decade’ after announcing they would perform for three nights at the arena.
Liam and Noel Gallagher proved that all past feuds were behind them by appearing together, fresh from an eight-minute standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival last weekend.

They posed with their broods in Leicester Square, with the two brothers’ children being united with their cousins after their parents’ 15-year public spat.
The brotherly appearance was a far cry from the days of backstage bust-ups, walk-outs and booze-fuelled arguments in the public eye.
Beaming and wrapping their arms around each other on Monday night were Liam’s son Lennon, 26, Noel’s son Donovan, 18, and his model daughter Anais, 26.
They were joined by Liam’s daughter, Molly, 28, Sonny and Liam’s other boy Gene, 25.
The new Disney+ documentary chronicles their split and reconciliation, while following the band on their reunion tour last year.
Noel tells the Disney+ documentary that he and Liam’s children didn’t even know each other before the reunion tour.
‘Donovan and Sonny had never met Gene and Lennon. Lo and behold they’re best friends now,’ he said. Liam joked: ‘They’re off their heads every night. F****** spangled.’
