RHOA star Porsha Williams scores mansion, Rolls-Royce and major payday in divorce… but ex gets the last laugh
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams scored a major win in her divorce settlement from Simon Guobadia.
The television personality and singer, 45, who split from the Nigerian-American businessman in February 2024 after 15 months of marriage, walked away with a seven-figure payday and the marital home, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
Williams secured sole ownership of the couple’s $7 million Atlanta mansion after Guobadia transferred his interest in the property to her via a quitclaim deed. A judge signed off on the order on Friday.
Williams, who revealed the identity of her new girlfriend via Instagram last November, also received a $1,568,181.63 reimbursement of Guobadia’s share of the equity in their home, along with the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost, per court records.
The deed shows that Williams now has the authority to sell or refinance the 15,284sq ft, five-bedroom, eight-bath home without needing his consent or the intervention of an arbitrator.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Williams’s representatives for comment.

Williams’s ex clapped back on Friday and suggested he’s getting the last laugh because he walked away from the divorce settlement ‘debt-free.’
In a post shared to his Instagram Stories, the 62-year-old entrepreneur and petroleum executive wrote: ‘They forgot to mention they also inherited $8,000,000 in debt & still got to pay me.’
‘Being debt-free is my flex,’ he jibed.
Accompanying the text was a video of Guobadia holding a cigar in one hand and a drink in the other while partying in a crowded nightclub, with ‘freedom’ and ‘living’ written across the images.
Another reel showed him smiling broadly at the camera while a woman danced on a raised platform in the background waving tube lights in her hands.
Williams didn’t have any children with Guobadia, but she has a daughter, Pilar ‘PJ’ Jihena, with ex-fiance Dennis McKinley, while he has five children from previous relationships.
Back in June 2025, Williams admitted to People that her acrimonious split from Guobadia has forced her to reconsider her approach to relationships.
The R&B artist, who returned to The Real Housewives of Atlanta in March of last year after a hiatus, also confessed to being a ‘people pleaser.’

‘I used to only see myself through men’s eyes, and that’s why I went through a lot of abuse with men in my twenties,’ she shared. ‘And then when I got on reality TV for the first three years, I only saw myself through what the fans would say in the comments. I was like a walking culmination of what the comments thought.
‘But now, I could give zero you-know-whats. I’m my own person. I took charge of my life, financially, in my relationships — everything. I’m really confident now. But something like this, it shakes your confidence, you know? Because you work so hard and you think everything is going one way and when it doesn’t work out, it’s disappointing.’
Williams said she was determined to fully heal before embarking on a new romance.
‘I can’t just feel it with someone else. I can’t just get underneath someone else and feel it. I can’t just drink it away like I have in my past,’ she said at the time, adding: ‘It’s a rough road, healing this way. It’s dry — on every level of being dry. But it’s needed.’
Not long after she made these statements, Williams chose to pursue a relationship with Patrice ‘Sway’ McKinney.
The reality star and the salon suite entrepreneur met via Instagram in 2018 but reconnected romantically years later and went Instagram official in November 2025.
