Sarah Ferguson is ‘lined up for a tell-all TV interview’ as she returns to Britain ‘in the next few days’ after fallout over Epstein links
Sarah Ferguson is being lined up for a tell-all television interview after returning to Britain, it has been claimed.
The former Duchess of York, 66, is said to have been ‘bombarded with requests from all over the world’.
Royal author Andrew Lownie revealed to the Daily Mail today that Ferguson has already turned down a $1million offer for an exclusive interview in the US, in the hope of an even bigger payday.
She is said to be weighing up ‘many approaches’ after being mentioned in the Epstein scandal, but, according to sources, will ‘only allow someone she knew well to tell her story’.
It is understood Ferguson is returning to Britain after spending seven months living abroad and was spotted across Europe in Switzerland and Austria.
She is said to be renting a £10,000-a-month, six-bed house in a gated community in the Home Counties.
A source told The Sun: ‘Fergie has been bombarded with requests from all over the world to do sit-down interviews, especially with the big streamers, to tell her side of the story.
‘She is looking at her options.’

In 2011, Ferguson hosted Finding Sarah, a six-part documentary on Oprah Winfrey’s new cable network OWN.
Ferguson’s return to British soil is hot on the heels of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle who moved back to the UK with their young family on Wednesday after six years in California.
A source close to the former Duchess told The Sun that with everyone’s attention on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Fergie is hoping to ‘slip back under the radar’.
Removal vans were spotted picking up her belongings at her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s, home in Sandringham.
Andrew and Ferguson were both stripped of their royal titles last October by King Charles following intense public scrutiny about the former Duke of York’s friendship with the convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
She was evicted from Royal Lodge along with Andrew, where they lived for 18 years, in February this year.
Ferguson’s spokesman previously said she had spoken of her regret about her association with Epstein and ‘does not resile’ from condemning him publicly.
He added that Epstein had threatened to sue her for defamation for associating him with paedophilia.
During her time crisscrossing Europe, Ferguson was spotted at a £2,000-a-night spa in Austria and at a Swiss Alpine chalet in Verbier owned by her late former lover Paddy McNally.
Meanwhile, Andrew remains under a police investigation over his links to Epstein.
He was arrested in February, accused of misconduct in a public office.
The former Duke denies any wrongdoing.
