Some of the biggest stars in tennis are set to descend on New York this weekend as the US Open gets underway – and with them will be a host of glamorous WAGs. 

The tennis wives and girlfriends – or TWAGs as they have become known – lead lives of luxury and travel around the globe while accompanying players for tournaments.

While their partners will be serving on the court in Flushing Meadows, the WAGs will be serving up glitz and glamor in the stands of the iconic Arthur Ashe and Louis Armstrong stadiums. 

From queen bee Paige Lorenze to new addition Olivia Jade, the stunning women have become renowned for their high-fashion attire and dazzling matchday looks, attracting just as much attention as the on-court action. 

Many have risen through the ranks as high-profile influencers sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of life on tour to their millions of followers. Others see their WAG status as a side gig, with actress Eiza Gonzalez and soccer sensation Trinity Rodman making a name for themselves in their respective industries. 

Here, the Daily Mail reveals the ultimate power list of tennis WAGs filled with models, social media sensations and nepo baby beauty gurus.

10. Daria Medvedeva

Partner: Daniil Medvedev

Age: 30

Daria Medvedeva first crossed paths with Russian pro Daniil Medvedev when she was 12.

Daria, who hails from Moscow, was an aspiring tennis player and was dining with her team when she laid eyes on the man who would one day be her husband – although they wouldn’t start dating until much later.

The pair even trained together until injuries forced Daria to quit playing at the age of ’17 or 18′, The Sun quoted Daniil as saying.

They did not start dating until 2014, when he reached out to Daria on Instagram and asked for her number.

After three years together, the couple relocated to Monte Carlo, Monaco, and tied the knot in September 2018.

The former US Open champion, 30, previously shared how Daria’s background in tennis has ‘helped me to become better as a person and player’.

‘She knows that we can’t go shopping before the game,’ Daniil said. ‘Understands that I can be busy from 8am until the evening. Perhaps it’s not easy to get used to it when you don’t understand anything in tennis.

‘It helped me to become better as a person and a player,’ he gushed.

After winning the US Open in 2021 on the couple’s third wedding anniversary, he dedicated the win to ‘Dasha’ during a press conference.

‘During the tournament, I couldn’t think of a present,’ he said. ‘So when I went in the final, I thought, “I need to find a present fast.”‘

He quipped: ‘The only thing I [was thinking was that] if I lose, I have no time to have a present. So I have to win this match. I love you, Dasha.’

9. Nina Ghaibi

Age: 26

Canadian player Felix Auger-Aliassime is married to talented Croat equestrian Nina Ghaibi.

They started dating in March 2019 but didn’t confirm their romance until 2021, when they attended the Met Gala together.

‘I’m pretty happy our paths crossed two years ago,’ Felix gushed at the time. ‘Two years of love and happiness. To many more in the future.’

Last September, Felix confirmed that the pair had exchanged vows during a beautiful wedding ceremony in Marrakech in a heartfelt Instagram post.

Photos showed the happily-married couple kissing on the dancefloor and cutting their three-tiered wedding cake, with the caption: ‘A love that never stopped growing from the moment we laid eyes on each other, and never will.

Ghaibi’s connection to tennis goes deeper than her romance with Auger-Aliassime. Her cousin is Australian tennis star Ajla Tomljanovic.

8. Sophia Thomalla

Age: 36

German star Alexander Zverev has been dating his girlfriend Sophia Thomalla for over five years, first striking up a relationship in 2020.

Thomalla, born in East Berlin just before the fall of the wall, has pursued a career in the entertainment industry as a model, actress and television presenter.

Her most notable credit is hosting a German adaptation of Are You The One?, a dating game show that originally premiered in the United States on MTV in 2014.

Away from her on-screen roles, Thomalla is also building a business empire with her alcohol brand, HardKorn, a modern German wheat grain spirit.

When she’s not focussing on her own career, the German beauty is supporting her tennis beau from the stands.

In 2025, she and Zverev went viral when they were caught performing a secret handshake ahead of one of his matches at the US Open.

‘I think for tennis players it is always very important who you have next to you. Sophia is someone who gives me peace and security,’ Zverev told a German tennis magazine in December 2021. ‘I play extremely well with her behind me.’

However throughout their relationship, Zverev has faced domestic abuse allegations from two former partners. He denied both sets of accusations.

His former girlfriend Olya Sharypova claimed he tried to smother her with a pillow until she could no longer breathe, prompting her to flee, barefoot, onto the streets of New York.

The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) concluded an investigation into allegations without taking disciplinary action in 2023.

In a separate case, his ex-partner and mother of his child Brenda Patea claimed that he pushed her against a wall and tried to strangle her with both hands in 2020. The two settled out of court in 2024.

The allegations sparked a Wimbledon feud two years ago when Morgan Riddle, the then-girlfriend of Taylor Fritz, appeared to make a dig at the allegations.

A social media influencer, Riddle later deleted an Instagram video that included the caption: ‘when your man wins 4 the girls.’

She had posted a picture of the court to her story and wrote, ‘cheer loud ladies.’ That post was also taken down.

7. Olivia Jade

Partner: Taylor Fritz

Age: 26

Speaking of Fritz… the American tennis star could have a new face in his box this year.

Fritz and Riddle had often been dubbed the ‘tennis Posh and Becks’ with a modern twist – they met on a dating app.

Riddle rose to prominence as one of the most elegant and well-dressed WAGs in the stands, clinching the queen bee status on tour. 

She also once even earned the moniker ‘the most famous woman in men’s tennis’ from the New York Times and seems to lead the WAGS through all major tournaments.

However, she will not be taking her 500,000 Instagram followers behind the scenes of this year’s US Open after losing her tennis WAG status earlier this year.

The Daily Mail was among the first to report that Fritz and Riddle had split after six years together earlier this year before the influencer posted a picture of herself wearing a ‘World’s Best Ex-Girlfriend’ T-shirt weeks later.

Now, the world No 10 appears to have already moved on.

Fritz has been linked to Olivia Jade, the daughter of actress Lori Loughlin and designer Mossimo Giannulli.

They were spotted entering a hotel in New York City earlier this week ahead of the Grand Slam tournament – marking their first public appearance together since first sparking romance rumors back in May.

The American YouTuber, who previously dated actor Jacob Elordi until they ended things in October 2025, built her own personal brand through sharing beauty routines and lifestyle vlogs as a teenager.

She amassed millions of followers and went on to work with top makeup brands before launching her own minimalist skincare and beauty company named o.piccola.

Jade became the focus of the ‘Varsity Blues’ college admissions scandal in 2019 when it emerged that her famous parents paid a large bribe to secure her admission to the University of Southern California.

6. Jelena Djokovic

Jelena Djokovic’s husband needs no introduction

The 40-year-old is married to one of the greatest tennis players of all time, Novak Djokovic, 39, who has won a record 24 Grand Slams.

However, Jelena knew Novak long before his sporting glory. Their romance dates all the way back to their youth.

The pair are childhood sweethearts and attended the same school in Serbia, where they would play tennis before making their relationship official.

They dated for eight years before getting married in 2013 in Monte Carlo, where Novak was living at the time.

She ended up going to Bocconi University in Milan, where she studied luxury brand management before dedicating her humanitarian work to uplifting the lives of disadvantaged children as the co-founder and global CEO of the Novak Djokovic Foundation.

Jelena has also tried her hand at modelling and was revealed as the face of lingerie and swimwear brand Figleaves in 2013.

The couple share two children, son Stefan, 12, and daughter Tara, who is eight. Their family is completed by two poodles, Pierre and Tesla, who make frequent appearances on Jelena’s Instagram.

5. Ayan Broomfield

The stunning Ayan Broomfield – who is dating Frances Tiafoe – knows the game better than anyone else as she is a tennis player herself.

The pair are childhood sweethearts after meeting as junior players, and celebrate their anniversary each year at Flushing Meadows.

It’s been said that the two athletes first crossed paths at the 2015 US Open, where they were introduced by mutual friend Victoria Duval, and that their romance began shortly after that.

But it wasn’t until three years later – on Valentine’s Day in 2018 – that they made their relationship public.

Since then, they have certainly not tried to hide their love, as Ayan has been spotted sitting courtside and cheering Tiafoe on from the sidelines at numerous matches over the years.

Like many of the other WAGs, Ayan has built up a wealth of Instagram followers over the years, plastering her glamorous, jet-setting lifestyle all over Instagram.

She recently teamed up with New York designer Thom Browne for one of her first Wimbledon looks of the season, which consisted of argyle knee socks, a tweed blazer and a preppy skirt complete with a shirt and tie.

The TWAG also has a charitable side, as she started her own tennis-led foundation to help provide tennis athletic wear and equipment to underprivileged youth but also has provided support to women’s shelters.

Ayan made headlines last year when she slammed the Australian Open for not having enough ethnic diversity in the crowd.

She made a video on TikTok that said: ‘POV, you go to the Australian Open and don’t see any [emojis of people of color] girls.’

Ayan, originally from Toronto, played tennis for Clemson University in South Carolina from 2016 to 2017.

She then transferred to UCLA, where she played until she graduated in 2022.

In 2019, she and her teammate Gabby Andrews won the doubles event at the NCAA Division I Women’s Tennis Championship.

Ayan is also known for stepping in as Saniyya Sidney’s body double in the 2021 movie King Richard.

Saniyya portrayed acclaimed tennis legend Venus Williams in the biopic about the Williams family, which also starred Will Smith, Aunjanue Ellis, and Demi Singleton.

4. Laila Hasanovic

Partner: Jannik Sinner

Age: 25

Laila Hasanovic and world No 1 Jannik Sinner’s relationship has history with New York’s Grand Slam tournament.

The couple set social media ablaze with romance rumors throughout last year’s tennis season when the stunning model was spotted at Sinner’s matches at Wimbledon and Roland Garros.

However, the Italian player tried to shrug off suggestions that he was a taken man despite reporters claiming he had been seen on a date with Hasanovic in Copenhagen

‘No, no, there was no girl. I had just some business with a couple of photo shootings there,’ he insisted

‘That’s it. Nothing else.’

However, following the 2025 US Open, it was almost impossible for Sinner to deny that he was off the market.

Eagle-eyed fans spotted a photo of Hasanovic allegedly as his phone screensaver as he prepared to take to the court at Flushing Meadows last year.

The image raised eyebrows as it came just days after Sports Illustrated model Brooks Nader dropped a huge hint that she is dating a tennis player after being questioned on rumors linking her with Sinner during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel.

The couple went official just months later when Sinner acknowledged the Danish beauty in his victory speech at the Vienna Open in October.

Hasanovic watched the final from Sinner’s player box, where she sat with his parents, Johann and Siglinde.

‘Thank you so much for the support,’ he said. ‘The work you put in, the effort. Also, to understand me at times, it is not easy, but thank you for putting in the effort. Everyone here, with family, my girlfriend, friends. To my whole team and also those watching at home. Thank you so much for the support.’

When she’s not watching her boyfriend put on a show on the courts, Hasanovic is busy striking a pose.

3. Eiza Gonzalez

Eiza Gonzalez is no stranger to the spotlight.

Having joined the exclusive group of tennis WAGs last year, the Mexican star is the only actress in the ranks.

The 36-year-old has been dating tennis heartthrob Grigor Dimitrov for over a year, with Gonzalez declaring him the ‘love of my life.’

They first sparked dating rumors around April of last year when they were spotted together with the Hollywood star attending one of Dimitrov’s matches at the 2025 Mutua Madrid Open tournament.

She sat next to Eva Longoria during the tennis match, and she kissed Grigor on the cheek when he approached her at one point.

They made their relationship Instagram official when Gonzalez posted a sweet birthday tribute, calling Dimitrov her ‘absolutely favorite human.’

Since then, Gonzalez has supported her tennis beau throughout his on-court career, including sharing an emotional message when he suffered an agonizing injury at 2025 Wimbledon.

It was touch and go whether Gonzalez would have the chance to grace the US Open with her presence this year.

Dimitrov had to enter qualifying for the main draw at the Grand Slam tournament for the first time in 17 years.

Dimitrov, a former world number three and 2019 semi-finalist, has battled injuries and a loss of form over the past year, forcing him to drop outside the top 100 for the first time since 2012.

As a result, he was forced to play in qualifying at the New York major for just the second time in his career.

2. Trinity Rodman

Trinity Rodman is the daughter of basketball icon Dennis Rodman and a sports star in her own right.

The American soccer player has been dating Ben Shelton since March 2025, with Rodman making her debut in Flushing Meadows last summer when she surprised her boyfriend in the stands.

Rodman made the first move, sliding into the American tennis star’s DMs with the opening line: ‘You’re sick.’

A couple of weeks later, they met in person for the first time. Shelton flew out to see Rodman and, despite the fact that the two had never actually met face-to-face, she invited him to stay at her house for the weekend.

‘I fully committed to this guy that I didn’t even meet yet, for him to stay at my house for the weekend… It’s actually crazy, it’s insane, but it worked out,’ Rodman recalled during an appearance on Kylie Kelce’s ‘Not Gonna Lie’ podcast.

The Rodman name is, of course, revered in US sporting circles. Her dad Dennis is one of America’s biggest ever stars – a five-time NBA champion and one of the best defensive players basketball has ever seen.

However, Trinity has distanced herself from her famous father in recent years, establishing herself as a successful athlete in her own right.
