She was one of the biggest sitcom stars of the 1990s, see her now at 54

She was a blonde bombshell who started out as a dancer and toured with ZZ Topp in 1994 as a ‘Legs Girl’.

She went on to be cast in small roles in hit TV shows including NYPD Blue and Roseanne before making the big time as the star of her own ABC sitcom.

The show which co-starred Thomas Gibson ran from 1997 to 2002 and won her a Golden Globe for best actress in a TV series musical or comedy and three Primetime Lead Actress Emmy nominations.

She went on to star in the 1997 Ron Howard comedy EDtv alongside Matthew McConaughey, Woody Harrelson and Ellen DeGeneres 

Now 54, she’s about to return to the small screen in the upcoming Fox drama The Interrogator opposite British actor Stephen Fry.

Jenna Elfman was 26 when she got her big break in Hollywood.

She was cast as the lead opposite Thomas Gibson in the TV series Dharma and Greg, about a couple who got married on their first date despite being polar opposites.

The sitcom was a hit straight out of the gate and ran for five seasons before falling ratings caused the network to cancel it.

Elfman and Gibson went on to reprise their Dharma and Greg roles as cameos in three episodes of  who attended the 2026 Fox Upfront in New York City on Monday.

She looked younger than her years as she arrived at the event in a textured mauve pantsuit. 

The longtime entertainer put on a perky display as she modeled the outfit’s low-cut blazer.

Elfman complemented the sleek ensemble with an understated gold necklace. 

She paired the look with a pair of open-toe, nude heels, which revealed her neutral pedicure. 

Her shoulder-length blonde locks were parted down the middle and arranged in loose ringlets. 

Dharma & Greg was a critical success during its time on air, picking up six Emmy nominations and a Best Actress Golden Globe for Elfman. 

Following her time on the series that made her famous, she scored a role on the Walking Dead spin-off Fear the Walking Dead.

Elfman was at this week’s Fox Upfront to promote her new show.

She shared interview outtakes on social media, including one with the caption, ‘First day of press with the brilliant #StephenFry for The Interrogator on @foxtv.

‘So looking forward to diving in on this. We start filming S O O N.’

In her later career she also was cast on the Tim Allen-led sitcom Shifting Gears.

The star told Us Weekly that her new gig on The Interrogator will not keep her from returning to Shifting Gears.

‘I can, I can [still] go play in Shifting Gears,’ she assured fans.

Kat Dennings, who stars opposite Allen on the show, commented on Us Weekly and Elfman’s joint Instagram post, ‘Thank god.’
