Taylor Swift’s wedding dress recreated: See the stunning off-the-shoulder design, cinched waist and massive veil

When billionaire pop star Taylor Swift said ‘I do’ to her NFL star husband, Travis Kelce, inside New York City’s Madison Square Garden in July, it seemed only a matter of time before fans would be given a first glimpse of her ‘glimmering’ white wedding gown and ’25-foot long’ train.
Flash forward more than three months later and those intimate photos have yet to see the light of day.
A wedding guest later painted a stunning portrait of Swift’s custom Christian Dior wedding gown to the Daily Mail, describing its ‘fluffy and white’ skirt and lace veil as ‘pure romantic perfection.’
But apart from those insider details, fans have been left to imagine what the Grammy winner’s wedding dress, designed by Jonathan Anderson, creative director of Christian Dior Haute Couture, might have looked like.
Even her best friend, actress Dakota Johnson, revealed recently that the singer will likely never share photos.
To satisfy the curiosity of ‘Swifties’ the world over, the Daily Mail has used every known detail about the garment in an attempt to recreate it visually for the first time, with creative help from artificial intelligence.
The first design features the off-the-shoulder neckline, full skirt and massive ’25-foot long’ train described to the Daily Mail by a wedding guest.
‘The dress was like a fairytale princess dress,’ they said. ‘It was white and glimmered and was full. The top part was off-the-shoulder, so her chest could be seen very well.’

Christian Dior creative director Jonathan Anderson debuted a similar bridal look at Paris Couture Week in July. The dress featured an off-the-shoulder neckline and floral lace applique
The bodice was cinched at the waist, showing off Swift’s slender frame, while her slightly tanned skin ‘glowed’ against the white dress, the source said.
But it was her ‘extremely long’ wedding veil, estimated by our insider to be 25 feet long, that ‘commanded attention’ as Swift walked down the aisle.
With its off-the-shoulder neckline and lengthy train, Swift’s custom gown bears the hallmarks of other bridal gowns shown by Anderson at Paris Couture Week in July.
Just days after it was revealed he had designed the singer’s wedding gown, Anderson debuted a white, floor-length dress with floral lace applique in the French capital.
The Daily Mail has used this Dior runway look as inspiration for the first AI-rendering of what the wedding gown is said to look like.
The second AI-generated design offers a far more minimalist take. While it features the same off-the-shoulder neckline and 25-foot-long lace train, the satin fabric of the gown is more in line with past Dior designs.
The wedding insider said Swift’s dress was more in line with this classic design.
The traditional dress also bears a resemblance to the ball gown worn by Chinese model Ming Xi last June.
The custom bridal design, which marked Anderson’s first as Dior creative director, showed off Ming’s waistline yet maintained a traditional silhouette. Although the model opted for a boatneck sleeve, the train of her wedding dress was just as lengthy and dramatic as Swift’s was said to be.

Beneath her veil, it is understood that Swift wore her blonde hair in ‘soft waves’ and a partial up-do, with ‘tendrils’ providing a romantic frame to her face. According to the guest, she also wore her signature red lipstick.
As for her husband’s wedding attire, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Kelce paired his bespoke Dior white tuxedo with a top hat, revealing the decision in an interview with ESPN’s Chris Berman in September.
‘Oh yeah! I had the full gamut, man,’ he said. ‘It was the best night of my life. Marrying Taylor was, you know, more than I could have ever dreamed it to be because of all the people that showed up and the amount of love that was in the air.’
Swift accessorized her dress with Cartier jewelry and custom Christian Louboutin heels, her publicist revealed after the wedding.
The heels, covered by the hem of Swift’s skirt, managed to boost the already statuesque star to about ‘six-feet tall,’ the insider said.
‘She had supermodel energy when she walked down the aisle because she was so tall and thin. She really carried that dress well and came off as super confident, her chin was up,’ they said.
While it is common for some brides to wear ‘something blue’ on their wedding day, it was unclear whether Swift’s dress or her Cartier jewelry contained any hidden message or nod to tradition.
Her nails were painted a ‘pale pink or iridescent white,’ the source said.

And, while Swift hasn’t yet publicly shared any photos from her special day, that hasn’t stopped the Grammy winner from teasing her devoted fanbase with special nods to her unseen wedding dress.
At the 2026 Academy Museum Gala, Swift turned heads as she wore a fairytale-esque gown designed by Anderson for Dior.
The custom ice blue dress, in pleated silk fabric, featured a strapless neckline and a shimmering embroidered bow sewn onto the center of the bodice.
Much like her wedding day glam, Swift’s newly-short hair was styled in soft waves, while her makeup included a smokey eye and her staple winged eyeliner.
The Daily Mail has contacted Swift’s representatives for comment.
Inside MSG, Swift’s team worked tirelessly to transform the 820,000 square-foot arena into an enchanted forest. The Daily Mail exclusively revealed the never-before-seen original design plans after publishing the first-look exclusive footage from inside the venue.
The elaborate plans for the venue included a two-tiered carousel, a man-made pond underneath the altar and droves of real and fake trees with twinkling lights sprinkled throughout the reimagined space, which was reminiscent of the couple’s August 2025 proposal.
But not all of Swift’s dreams for the wedding came to fruition, as one insider revealed the billionaire pop star was forced to ‘cut back’ on her plans for the makeshift pond and massive carousel, the latter of which had an estimated $7 million price tag.

Planners also had to compromise when it came time to conceal the famous MSG scoreboard. We’re told the design team put a black wrap over it and projected lights onto it to create the illusion of a starry sky, as real lights could cause a fire hazard.
It is understood the wedding planning process began in November 2025, three months after Kelce proposed and eight months before the big day. The project was spearheaded by Los Angeles-based celebrity planner Mark Seed, and was given the top-secret name ‘Eventica.’
Photos obtained by the Daily Mail highlighted the meticulous planning that went into transforming the event space, including the large T&T logo that was constructed in a West Coast workshop and the Colosseum-like panels that were used for the altar decor.
Experts have estimated that Swift and Kelce’s star-studded wedding cost anywhere from $15 million to $50 million, though the exact amount has not been disclosed.
