Travis Kelce welcomes one of Taylor Swift’s favorite NFL players to New Heights in final show before wedding

Travis Kelce officially welcomed one of his closest friends – and one of Taylor Swift’s favorite NFL players – to his podcast, in his final show before his wedding.

On Tuesday’s episode of New Heights, San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle joined the Kelce brothers for a highly-anticipated installment of the popular podcast.

In an official preview clip of the episode, former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce kicked off the show by laying out a legendary introduction for their special guest.

‘Our guest today is the 6’4′ tight end from the University of Iowa. He’s a 7 x Pro Bowler, 5 x All-Pro and the co-founder of Tight End University,’ Jason proudly announced to the audience.

‘He holds the 49ers franchise record for most receiving yards in a game, most receiving yards in a season and most receptions in a season. He is a defender of tight ends chugging beer. Please welcome, the people’s tight end; George Kittle.’

An ecstatic Travis matched the electric energy, screaming back: ‘Let’s f***ing go.’

The podcast appearance comes on the heels of major headlines generated by Kittle and Swift just last week at the sixth annual Tight End University event in Nashville.

Swift hit the ‘TEU’ concert stage for the second consecutive year, singing a surprise duet of her iconic anthem ‘Love Story’ alongside country star Lainey Wilson.

In fact, Swift dedicated Tuesday’s performance to Kittle, who is said to be fond of the 20-year-old song.

‘This was a very special request from a very special tight end,’ Swift told fans, per footage shared on social media. ‘He wanted to hear this particular song and that tight end … is named George Kittle.’

The 49ers star, meanwhile, heavily praised the singer for showing up to support the boys in Nashville, telling reporters: ‘She’s just such an awesome person to give us her time this close to their wedding. So we’re just so thankful that they’re here.’

Kittle has never hidden his massive fandom for the pop star, previously going viral for passionately belting out the lyrics to her songs.

Swift, meanwhile, had also joined her tight end fiance on the red carpet in Music City on Monday evening for the opening event.

The singer wore in a pale yellow floral jacquard mini dress from Lola Dre, complementing the look with a pair of Aquazzura heeled sandals in a similar buttercream shade.

She posed alongside her NFL beau on the red carpet of the opening event, joining her fellow WAG Claire Kittle, who is married to San Francisco 49ers star Kittle, and Olsen’s daughter, Talbot.

Kelce joked that he ‘blacked out’ from excitement as he welcomed the crowd to the opening event on Monday night.

The annual summit has become somewhat of a star-studded event on the NFL calendar with some of the league’s biggest names and their wives or girlfriends attending.

Kittle’s wife, Claire, was also spotted among the glamorous WAGs at the evening’s festivities, posing alongside New Orleans Saints star Foster Moreau’s girlfriend Abigail, Juwan Johnson’s wife Chanen and Cincinnati Bengals player Jack Stoll’s wife Carolyn.
