Trump announces ‘BIG THINGS’ happening as he decides whether to blow up Iran following mysterious unplanned return to the White House from Camp David

US President Donald Trump is considering escalatory strikes in Iran, as a trip to Camp David was cut short over the weekend.

Trump told Fox News on Sunday that ‘some Iranian officials are in hiding, and we can’t find anyone capable of striking a deal.’

He also noted that he was in ‘deciding mode’ adding that ‘very big things’ are set to happen in the war between the United States and Iran.

Trump also told Fox News, ‘My question is, if and when do I blow the entire nation up? adding, ‘They better behave.’

This week, Trump is set to attend the United Nations General Assembly meetings in New York, where he noted he ‘probably be open’ to meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

Meanwhile, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth stated on Saturday evening ‘Central Command will be busy tonight because President Trump said we will be hitting Iran HARD, AND WE WILL BE!’

Hegseth, who had been attending a football game in Texas, swiftly returned to Washington on Saturday.

One diplomat, speaking on condition of anonymity, told the Daily Mail last week that Trump planned to air out his core grievances at the UN meeting while desperately defending his global policy.

President Donald Trump steps off from Marine One upon his arrival at the Ellipse just outside of the White House, Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, in Washington.

‘I was told he is planning to say something to the effect of, look, I don’t think anyone is pulling their weight yet at the UN. The war is over if people [Iran] listens to me. Trump’s speech, the [bilateral meetings]… boring.

‘The real news is made during his sideline chats that we won’t get to see.’

Brett Bruen, former US diplomat and Director of Global Engagement at the Obama White House, said Trump is certainly not walking into a warm welcoming reception.

‘Pretty much every president, prime minister and prince in the world is pissed at Trump for starting a reckless war with Iran,’ Bruen told the Daily Mail.

‘While continuing to bluster and blabber about winning, it’s now a pathetic portrayal of how he squandered America’s uniquely powerful position on the planet.’

The annual gathering of global leaders is indeed shaping up to be a tense, highly confrontational summit dominated by trade disputes, simmering friction with European allies and an active war with Iran Trump has claimed is ending.
