Wholesome Idaho mom, 23, flaunted perfect milk and cookies life with adorable toddler twins… until they both died of ‘VACCINE injuries’. Now a jaw-dropping allegation has been made against her
With the curated family photographs, heavily filtered selfies and steady stream of wholesome content posted to her social media, Andrea Shaw had cultivated the image of a doting young mother to her adorable twins Dallas and Tyson.
Sadly, the young family’s dream was shattered when both toddlers died at just 18 months old in May 2025, with Shaw claiming the little boy and girl had been killed by vaccine-related injuries.
The 23-year-old, from Payette in Idaho, quickly pivoted her efforts to raising awareness of what she claimed were the dangers of childhood vaccinations, even appearing on a podcast to spread her message.
That carefully manufactured activist persona was shattered when Shaw was charged with murdering Dallas and Tyson earlier this week.
She will be arraigned later on Wednesday. Her lawyer Joseph Filicetti told the Daily Mail she plans to deny all allegations made against her.
Investigators have yet to offer more details on how they claim the toddlers were murdered, or share a motive for the alleged crime.
According to the Payette Police Department, the two children were found dead in a bed inside Shaw’s trailer park home, in Payette, that she shares with her husband Nathaniel Shaw, 23.

Shaw told the Children’s Health Defense podcast – part of an anti-vaccine nonprofit previously chaired by Health Secretary Robert F Kennedy – that their health declined after both received the flu, Hepatitis A and DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, and acellular pertussis) vaccines.
RFK Jr’s department removed the flu and Hepatitis A shots from the list of vaccines routinely recommended for all children in January, although the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention still classifies the flu, Hepatitis A and DTaP shots as safe and effective, with serious reactions extremely rare.
Speaking of their deaths on the podcast, Andrea claimed her husband’s side of the family ‘all have bad reactions or are allergic to the flu shot.’
Talking of the two deaths, she said: ‘They were okay, they took a nap when we got home. For the rest of the evening it was business as usual.’
Breaking down in tears, she said the next day the two children woke up and that they were both lethargic.
‘[Dallas] looked tired, I changed her diaper and I noticed the typical toddler pot belly was gone, she was skinny, she looked tired.
‘I moved her out of the way so I could change her brother, she just laid on the carpet and wouldn’t move, her eyes were rolling back as if she was going to sleep.’
Shaw claimed the two both had green diarrhea and a blue tinge to their lips. Her husband Nathaniel said he was at work while the health crisis unfolded.
She said her mother-in-law then arrived and rushed the kids to a nearby hospital and the two were discharged days later.

Describing her finding them dead inside their home, she said: ‘They looked as if they had gone in their sleep.
‘I flipped over Tyson to try and shake him awake, then I immediately grabbed my phone to dial 911. Then I flipped Dallas over and found her the same way.’
Nathaniel hit out at investigators who arrived on the scene, saying: ‘I was treated with the most disrespect that I have ever been talked to.
‘They constantly were trying to pin me and Andrea against each other, to say the other one was the one who did it. They were adamant that we had done it.’
She also claimed that police told her while interrogating her that the manner of death was not medically related and that they died from asphyxiation.
The Daily Mail contacted the state medical examiner’s office for further comment on the official cause of death.
Shaw is currently being held inside Ada County Jail pending extradition back to Payette County where she will be arraigned on the two murder charges, officials said. Her bail was set at $2 million, jail records said.

Her lawyer Joseph Filicetti told the Daily Mail on Wednesday that Shaw gave birth just last week via cesarean section and that she was ‘shocked and sad’ over the arrest.
‘I can’t believe they’re doing this’, he said while adding that he would be fighting the case all the way and asking the courts to lower the bail amount.

‘The Department extends its sincere appreciation to the Idaho State Police Forensic Services, the Ada County Medical Examiner’s Office, the Boise Police Department, the Payette County Prosecutor’s Office, the Payette County Coroner’s Office, and all other agencies and personnel who assisted throughout the investigation.
‘The Payette Police Department remains committed to seeking justice for the victims while ensuring the integrity of the criminal justice process.
‘As with all criminal proceedings, the charges contained in the indictment are allegations, and Shaw is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.’
