Putin and Macron discuss the situation in Ukraine

The Kremlin Press Service reported that Russian and French Presidents Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron discussed the situation in Ukraine.

During the phone conversations, the two sides explained their vision of the situation. The Russian president gave examples of Kiev’s violation of the Minsk agreements.

“It was also noted that the Ukrainian authorities deliberately aggravate the situation on the line of contact, with the complicity of a number of Western countries. In addition, Ukraine is being supplied with modern weapons, which pose a direct threat to the security of Russia.
