Reuters reported that Russian planes bombed the city of Idlib, which is occupied by armed groups.
According to the agency, bombs were thrown at a water pumping station serving Idlib.

The Syrian army has not yet commented on this information. According to Reuters, Damascus asserts that it targets armed groups, not civilians.

It was reported that five Syrian soldiers were killed in an attack by ISIS militants, and according to the source, 20 people were wounded as a result of a missile attack on a military bus.

The Syrian state television stated that the bus was attacked in an area about 50 km east of the third station in the Syrian Badia, accompanied by bursts of 23 mm cannon.

According to Syrian media reports, attacks on buses are frequent on the Deir ez-Zor – Palmyra road, from the area of control of the American occupation forces in the Al-Tanf region, where the United States supports the militants.
