Vitamin deficiency in it leads to insomnia…?

Medical portal Tododisca warns that a vitamin D deficiency can lead to reduced sleep time and lower quality of sleep.

Tododisca cites a recent randomized, double-blind study that showed that vitamin D regulates sleep, among other things. Thus, study participants who received 3.71 mg of the vitamin began to sleep for an hour longer, moreover, the quality of sleep improved.

The portal warns that lack of sleep causes irritability and even depression – with severe sleep deprivation.
