Foods that will help you look younger…?

Nutritionists said that in order to look younger than your age, you need to eat certain foods.

The founders of the 3-week Body Transformation Program, Lissy Lakatos and Tammy Lakatos Shams, are convinced that plant-based protein will not only help build muscle, but will also help you look younger.

“Protein is an essential component of collagen, which is an important building block for skin that helps keep it firm, supple, and youthful,” experts say.

 

 

They also recommended making extra virgin olive oil your “favorite” – it contains tocopherol and beta-carotene, which help reduce oxidative damage and inflammation.

And nutritionist Amy Gorin, in turn, advised those who want to maintain youth to eat tomatoes more often, because they are rich in lycopene, an antioxidant that helps protect the skin from ultraviolet rays and lowers blood pressure.

 

 

Experts also believe that prunes are one of the best foods to help you look younger.

Studies have shown that eating five to six prunes a day has a positive effect on bone mineral density and strength.”

Dietitian Michelle Wright notes that fish and avocados have a positive effect on the appearance and health of skin – she recommends eating at least one serving of omega-3-rich fish per week.
