Dubbed the ‘world’s sexiest grandmother’, 51-year-old model Gina Stewart has revealed the secret of her youth.
Australian Gina Stewart is 51 years old and has four children and one grandchild. In 2018, Stewart reached the finals of the Miss Maxim contest and entered the top 100 sexiest women according to Men’s magazine, for which she was called “the hottest grandmother in the world”.
The Australian maintains several social media blogs where she posts bikini and lingerie photos and shares her youthful secrets that help her look new.
Stewart admitted that she takes a cold shower every morning. “For many years I’ve been doing cryotherapy, but that pleasure isn’t cheap. The more expensive alternative, but no less beneficial, is an ice shower. Right after my morning shower, I turn on the ice water and stand under it for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.”
According to Stewart, an ice bath speeds up metabolism, strengthens the immune system, relieves muscle tension after intense workouts, and improves skin and hair.
