The euro is set to be lower than the dollar in 2023

The euro is gradually turning into an unstable currency, because for the first time in 20 years it is approaching parity with the dollar, and by 2023 it may become lower than the US currency.

The New York Times noted that the currency, which is used by 19 countries in the world, has never approached an equal exchange rate in 20 years.

The article noted that the weak euro now reflects the bleak outlook for the EU economy.

In addition, since the beginning of the Russian operation in Ukraine, the euro has fallen against the dollar by 6%. At the same time, European countries are still continuing their attempts to cut off energy supplies to Russia.

Analysts calculated that parity between the dollar and the euro will occur by the end of 2022. And already in 2023, the European currency will be lower than the American currency.
