China accuses NATO Secretary General of double standards
According to Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg regularly inflates the “Chinese threat” theory.
According to the diplomat, Stoltenberg adheres to a double standard.
“The NATO Secretary General has been baseless criticizing and carrying out slanderous attacks on China for some time, defying China’s political system and domestic and foreign policy…” Wen Bin explained.
Wen Bin stressed that China strongly condemns and firmly opposes the NATO representative’s remarks.
“China adheres to the path of peaceful development, and the PRC’s military doctrine is defensive in nature,” Wenbin said.
