Watch incensed Kelly Oubre call referees ‘b**ches’ after Sixers’ controversial 108-107 loss to the Clippers… with coach Nick Nurse berating officials in the aftermath

A controversial ending to the Philadelphia 76ers-Los Angeles Clippers game led to some unsavory scenes with Sixers coach Nick Nurse and guard Kelly Oubre Jr.

In the dying seconds of the game, Oubre drove to the basket and drew heavy contact from Kawhi Leonard – but a foul wasn’t called because the ball ‘wedgied’ itself (got caught between the backboard and the rim) and officials called a jump ball.

Nurse was seen screaming at the officials about a lack of a foul before calling a timeout. Out of that timeout, referees had a jump ball at mid-court that the Sixers won on the tip.

The ball made its way into the hands of Oubre, who once again drove the lane and got even heavier contact from Paul George with about 0.2 seconds remaining.

But once again, officials didn’t call the foul – leading to boos from the home crowd at the Wells Fargo Center and more anger from the Sixers.

An irate Nurse ran over to the three officials on the night – Kevin Scott, JB Derosa, and Brandon Adair – and had to be held back by an assistant coach.

Oubre, who thought he was fouled twice and got no calls, didn’t mince words as he pointed to each official before being pulled back.

‘You a b**ch, you a b**ch, and you a b**ch, you got it? Yo moms a b**ch, yo dad’s a b**ch, yo gradma’s a b**ch…’ Oubre was seen saying as he was getting dragged away.

To give Oubre some credit, after a post-game review of the play, officials determined that they should have called a foul on Paul George and given the Sixers two foul shots – according to Philadelphia Inquirer beat writer Keith Pompey.

With this loss, the Sixers now sit at 18.5 games behind the Eastern Conference-leading Boston Celtics and are 1.5 games behind an automatic playoff bid.

If the season ended today, Philadelphia would be an eight-seed and in the play-in tournament.
