The Medical Professions Union announces the payment of the May pension starting today
The General Secretariat of the Federation of Medical Professions Syndicates, which includes unions of “human doctors, dentists, veterinarians, and pharmacists” announced: Regarding the start of transferring pensions in the May installment for the months of “ April – May – June” 2024 for members of the four unions and their heirs, as of today, in all banks. It is noteworthy that the number of members eligible for a pension from the four unions and their families has reached About 121 thousand members, while the total value of the pension for members and their families amounted to about 463 million pounds. The pension is paid in total every three months in the middle of the months (February – May – August – November) of each year, and the pension is transferred to the members’ accounts in one of the approved banks. With the Union, the main member must update his data every four years, while the heirs update their data every two years.
To inform members, the Systems and Information Department sent more than 100,000 A message to members on their phone numbers registered with the Pensions Administration notifying that the pension will be disbursed today.
It is worth noting that the Federation of Medical Professions Unions provides a pension to its members from the four unions that are members of the Federation upon reaching the age of sixty. After submitting the following documents:
1- “A.N” form From the member’s union.
2- A letter from one of the “Egypt – Al Ahly – Alexandria” banks. By approving the transfer of the pension to a “current or savings account”.
3- A copy of a valid national ID card.
4- The member himself submits an application to obtain the pension before the competent employee at the Federation’s headquarters. 6 El Hadiqa Street – Garden City – Cairo.
