Religious Affairs has harnessed all women’s human and technical capabilities to improve the service system for female pilgrims and visitors to the Grand Mosque.
The female cadres contribute to the guidance, guidance and humanitarian aspect, in addition to religious guidance and reminding female attenders of the spirituality of worship in the Grand Mosque and the virtue and use of hours in obedience, and the service of finalizing notes that may come from female attenders, activating the guidance counter next to Gate 74, Ground Floor, King Fahd Expansion, and benefiting from it in Distributing the Qur’an, displaying barcodes for religious publications inside the women’s chapels to the female attendees, and providing spatial guidance for the female attendees’ questions about locations within the Holy Mosque. In addition, work is being done to prepare and qualify female employees to receive women’s delegations in the women’s chapels.

The Presidency of Religious Affairs aims to provide the best services to female pilgrims and women with disabilities of all intellectual, hearing, visual, and motor groups, and to prepare designated places for them in the prayer halls, and to provide all specific services such as: (providing chilled and non-chilled Zamzam water containers in the prayer halls, and providing white canes, And the Braille Qur’an for blind women, and the good Upper Egypt, and the translation of the Friday sermon into sign language via the link to the Al-Haramain platform website of the General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque (in addition to providing special care for elderly women, where they are received in special chapels that have been prepared, and providing large Qur’ans and Qur’an holders for wheelchairs and pens.
