Bin Bayyah congratulates the wise leadership of the UAE and its people on Eid Al-Fitr

ABU DHABI, 9 APRIL / WAM / His Excellency Abdullah bin Sheikh Al-Mahfouz bin Bayyah, Chairman of the Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa, extends his warmest congratulations and blessings to the wise leadership of the UAE and its people on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.

His Excellency said in a statement: “It pleases me to extend, on behalf of the Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa, my highest congratulations and blessings to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the State, President The Council of Ministers and Ruler of Dubai, “may God protect him,” and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister, Chief of the Presidential Office, and their brothers, Their Highnesses the rulers of the Emirates, the Crown Princes, the Deputy Rulers, and to the honorable people of the Emirates, to the Muslims, and to all of humanity.. We ask the Almighty God to accept From us and from you are fasting, prayers, and good deeds.”

His Excellency added: “We celebrate the blessed Eid al-Fitr, after a month of fasting, prayer, and worship. It is an opportunity for all of us to renew the covenant with God Almighty, strengthen the fraternal ties that unite us, and spread tolerance, coexistence, and love among us. Eid is an opportunity to maintain ties of kinship, bring joy to relatives and neighbors, and visit the needy.” Sharing the joy and spreading joy in society, and these are all legitimate goals enjoined by the true Islamic religion.”

His Excellency said: “We celebrate this noble occasion in implementation of the directives of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. On the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, he said: (The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came to the people of Medina for two days in which they played during pre-Islamic times. He said: I came to you. And you have two days in which you play in pre-Islamic times, and God has replaced them with better than them: the Day of Sacrifice and the Day of Fitr.” In conclusion, I can only pray to God Almighty to accept our fasting and prayers, and to return the Eid to us with blessings and blessings, and to protect our leaders and our country. And our nation is protected from all evil and abomination. He is the guardian of that and the one who is capable of it.”
