Abu Dhabi, April 9 / WAM / Al-Ittihad newspaper said that the housing benefits package is the first for the year 2024 for citizens of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him,” and approved by His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, embodies the keenness of the wise leadership to put citizens at the top of priorities, and to provide decent standards of living for them and their families, by providing them with housing that meets their needs.

She added in her editorial today, entitled “Citizens’ Housing…a Priority”…: “2.18 billion dirhams is a new housing package, benefiting 1,502 citizens in Abu Dhabi, in addition to many and varied previous initiatives of the wise leadership in the field of housing, which expanded the circle of citizens who benefit from it.” It contributed to the development and advancement of society, and kept pace with urban expansion plans and development progress. It in turn also strengthened stability and family and social cohesion, and supported the emirate’s march towards comprehensive development.”
In conclusion, she stated that the new housing package, which included exemptions from paying housing loan dues for many categories, coincided with the advent of Eid al-Fitr, doubling the joy and happiness of the citizens and their families, who expressed their thanks to the wise leadership for its constant keenness to secure decent standards of living for citizens, and the guidance to take all necessary measures. For their happiness and stability, and the fulfillment of their aspirations towards greater prosperity and leadership.
