Train derails in small town as emergency services race to clear the wreckage

A train has derailed in the NSW Southern Highlands leaving five carriages upturned.
The freighter which was carrying materials for concrete came off the tracks on Saturday afternoon at New Berrima, prompting a major response by emergency services to clear the wreckage.
It is not yet known what caused the crash or if there are any injuries.
Berrima Road has been closed in both directions.
