Arsenal make decision over Ethan Nwaneri’s future amid interest from Fulham and Everton – after star was left out of Community Shield squad
Arsenal have decided they would prefer to allow Ethan Nwaneri out on loan rather than a permanent sale.
Mikel Arteta has praised Nwaneri following a difficult loan at Marseille and feels he needs another experience of gaining more competitive game time.
Premier League clubs such as Fulham and Everton checked on the 19-year-old earlier in the summer while RB Leipzig are among a raft of European clubs interested.
He was left out of the matchday squad for the Community Shield win over Manchester City on Sunday but Arsenal are looking to sell others such as Napoli target Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli who has interest from Al Sadd among others but wants to either stay or go to a top league if he leaves at all.
