Man City set for £52m sale to Saudi as Chelsea give deadline to sign £120m Enzo Fernandez, Galatasaray move for £38m Gabriel Martinelli and all the transfer latest – WINDOW WATCH LIVE

Saudi Pro League side Al Qadsiah have made an offer of around £52million for Manchester City midfielder Tijjani Reijnders.
Nottingham Forest remain in the frame for the Netherlands international but he is weighing up whether to accept the offer to link up with coach Brendan Rodgers.
Al Qadsiah have been looking to make room for Reijnders arrival.
They are in the process of selling Jeffrey Afriyie to Genk with other departures planned.
It became clear during the pre-season tour of Asia that the 28-year-old was the most likely midfielder to move on before the transfer window closes.
City hold an interest in Enzo Fernandez but Chelsea have imposed a deadline of 5pm on Friday to present a suitable offer for the Argentina international.
It’s understood that City are operating a one-in, one-out system with transfers this month and the exit of Reijnders would free up a space in the engine room.
