Britney Spears deletes her Instagram account

Singer Britney Spears has deleted her Instagram account, and neither Spears herself nor her fiancé Sam Asgari has commented on the decision.

And according to TMZ, in recent months, Britney Spears has been actively using Instagram: she talked about conflicts in her family, showed off her fiancé and posted photos of varying degrees of frankness.

Britney Spears previously said her father “deprived her of her femininity” when he issued her guardianship in 2008 and took over all of the singer’s personal, medical and financial affairs.

Jamie Spears lost custody of his daughter again in November 2021, but Britney herself has returned to the topic frequently in her Instagram posts thus far.
