Turkey offers Europe an alternative to Russian gas
Turkish presidential spokesman, Ibrahim Kalin, said that his country is ready to send gas from the eastern Mediterranean to Europe.
Delivery will take place as an alternative to gas supplies from the Russian Federation.
One of the main alternatives to Russian fuel is gas from the eastern Mediterranean. Kalin stressed Turkey’s readiness to assist in this regard and to participate in this process.
As the representative of Recep Tayyip Erdogan added, Ankara is open to this idea of supplying gas resources.
“We have a gas pipeline that goes to Ceyhan…,” Kalin said.
