Saud bin Saqr performs the Eid al-Fitr prayer at the Grand Eid prayer hall in Khuzam
Ras Al Khaimah, April 10 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, performed the Eid Al Fitr prayer this morning, at the Grand Eid Chapel in Khuzam. Ras Al Khaimah.
Sheikh Omar bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Head of the Customs Department, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Head of the Public Services Department in Ras Al Khaimah, and Sheikh Khalid bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Investment and Development Office, led the prayer alongside their Highnesses. In Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Saqr bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ras Al Khaimah Ceramics, and a number of sheikhs, senior officials, heads and directors of federal and local departments, and all citizens, and members of the Arab and Islamic communities residing in the country.
In his sermon, His Eminence the Imam congratulated the Muslims on their fasting and resurrection in the month of goodness, mercy and forgiveness, stressing the lofty values that the true Islamic religion calls for, and which every Muslim must adhere to so that goodness may spread and love prevail over all. He said that the Eid day is an occasion for mutual affection, compassion, and communication between people, and to show joy and happiness, thanking God Almighty for the blessings of security, safety, prosperity, and well-being.
At the end of the sermon, His Eminence directed his prayers to the Almighty God, to grant His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him,” with good health and wellness, and to the people of the Emirates, and the Arab and Islamic nations, with goodness, right, and blessings, and to have mercy on His Eminence. To the late ones, God Almighty willing, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the founding sheikhs, may God bless them and grant them peace in His spacious paradise.
