Saud bin Saqr receives the Mayor of the Chinese city of Dongguan
Ras Al Khaimah, April 26 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, received today, at the Nad Al Habi Majlis in Saqr bin Mohammed City, Liu Jongshi, Mayor of the Chinese city of Dongguan, and his accompanying delegation, who is currently visiting the country. .
His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah welcomed the Chinese delegation, stressing the depth of the friendly relations and bilateral cooperation existing between the United Arab Emirates and the People’s Republic of China, in a way that serves the interests of the two countries and their friendly peoples.
During the meeting, opportunities for governmental, commercial and investment cooperation between the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the city of Dongguan were discussed, in order to achieve their vision for greater prosperity and growth.
The two sides exchanged views on a number of economic issues of common interest.
For his part, the Mayor of Dongguan City expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah for his generous hospitality and warm reception… praising the comprehensive and sustainable development renaissance witnessed by the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in various fields, which has strengthened its economic and tourism position regionally and globally.
