Cooperation between the Abu Dhabi Investment Office and"Multi Level Group" And"iHang" To develop and deploy autonomous helicopters in the UAE
ABU DHABI, 26 APRIL / WAM / Multi Level Group (MLG), the specialized financial technology company in the Middle East and North Africa region, announced its cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office to develop the electric vertical take-off aircraft (eVTOL) in the UAE and abroad.
The Abu Dhabi Investment Office signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with Multi Level Group and Ehang in this regard, on the sidelines of its participation in the first session of the “DriftX” event, the global platform that brings together a group of the most important experts to discuss procedures and innovations that will contribute to reshaping The future of mobility.
Ehang seeks to establish a regional headquarters in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to enhance its commercial activities with its local partners, including companies operating in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, aviation, research and development, training, and maintenance, repair and overhaul.
The Abu Dhabi Investment Office will provide support to EHang to establish and grow its business in Abu Dhabi, including providing data and information related to establishing manufacturing facilities and providing industrial services in Abu Dhabi, facilitating its joining the business ecosystem in Abu Dhabi and enabling it to benefit from international trade opportunities.

The EH216-S electric helicopter manufactured by Ehang has obtained many international certificates, including the world’s first type certificate, production certificate and standard airworthiness certificate for self-driving flying taxis issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
