The Hamdan Bin Zayed Shooting Championship will be launched at Al Dhafra Club next May
Al Dhafra, April 26 / WAM / Al Dhafra Shooting Club announced the launch of the fourth edition of the Hamdan bin Zayed Shooting Championship, “Sakton 0.22 Rifle,” for both men’s and women’s categories, during the period from May to next August, with a total prize pool of more than one million dirhams.
Al Dhafra Shooting Club in Madinat Zayed in the Al Dhafra region will host the competition events, and the men’s category tournament will run from May 1 to June 14 next, with preliminary qualifiers to select the best 50 shooters to compete in the final rounds of the tournament, while the women’s category competition will be held from July 1 to August 3 next.
The organizing committee of the tournament confirmed the holding of special competitions for the junior shooting category, and the organization of accompanying events in football, padel, bowling, and air rifle, to provide all options for all groups to practice various and different sporting activities.
The three winners of the first places will receive a car each, in addition to financial prizes for the holders of places from fourth to fifteenth, starting from 45 thousand dirhams and reaching 10 thousand dirhams. Prizes worth 5 thousand dirhams have also been allocated to the citizens who obtain the first ten places in the qualifying stage, in addition to… There will be prizes for the junior category, and weekly cash prizes for the highest scorer in shooting.
