Jason Kelce lined up for another NFL career switch as part of his massive $24M TV deal

Former Philadelphia Eagles star and current ESPN analyst Jason Kelce may be preparing for a new role on the air.

ESPN is in the process of finalizing the announcing booths of the games set to be broadcast on NFL Network after the ‘Worldwide Leader’ acquired the channel earlier this year.

While it’s expected that games will be called by the commentary teams of Dave Pasch and Kurt Warner as well as Bob Wischusen and Louis Riddick, there may be room for one more voice.

According to Front Office Sports, Kelce is being considered to be added to some of the broadcasts, however, it isn’t clear which ones he may join.

The report says Kelce’s possible role remains ‘fluid’ and that no decisions have yet been made.

A majority of the games being broadcast by NFL Network will be midseason matchups taking place overseas.

The network will call the three games the NFL is set to host in London: Colts-Commanders and Eagles-Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as well as Texans-Jaguars from Wembley Stadium.

NFL Network also has the rights to broadcast Steelers-Saints from the Stade de France north of Paris and Bengals-Falcons at the Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid.

In addition to these five matchups, NFL Network will also be responsible for a pair of games on Saturday, December 26. Matchups for these Week 16 fixtures have not yet been determined.

Kelce, the co-host of the popular New Heights podcast alongside his brother Travis, has been with ESPN for two seasons after hanging up his pads at the end of the 2024 season.

He has primarily appeared on ESPN’s Monday evening pregame show, Monday Night Countdown.

Kelce has also performed other roles with the network, including a five-episode stint as a late-night talk show host on ESPN+.
