The chief medical officer of the 52nd hospital in Moscow, Mariana Lysenko, said that some coronavirus patients have partially lost their hearing or experienced other serious complications.

“We have patients who have lost their hearing, we have patients who have lost their sight, and by the way, we have many who have been in intensive care,” Lysenko said.
“We have patients who still can’t recover their sense of smell, they have obsessive odors, and that’s a disgusting condition.”

According to her, among the post-COVID-19 diseases is a change in smells. For example, instead of the usual, a person smells rotten or moldy.

In addition, Lysenko said that some patients, both men and women, have completely lost their hair.

The doctor also condemned those who spread rumors of serious complications after vaccination – for example, infertility – or even death.
According to Lysenko, it is not vaccination, but the coronavirus disease that causes infertility, hearing loss and “a deviation in the quality of life in general.”
