9 killed in a bus overturn in Brazil

Brasilia, April 12, WAM: Nine people were killed and more than 20 others were injured in a bus accident that overturned after derailing on a highway in northeastern Brazil.

According to the Federal Highway Police, the bus was on its way from Rio de Janeiro in the southeast of the country to the tourist town of Porto Seguro in the state of Bahia when it derailed yesterday at around four in the morning local time (07:00 GMT), with 34 people on board.
