Britney Spears CRACKS windshield of Mercedes G-Wagen while crouched in passenger seat before speeding off with felon ‘ex’ Paul Richard Soliz in LA – as ‘furious’ star is seen for FIRST time after shock legal settlement with dad Jamie

Britney Spears was seen for the first time since settling her court battle with father, Jamie Spears, with the outcome reportedly leaving the pop singer ‘furious.’ 

The Baby One More Time songstress, 42 – who has to pay Jamie’s legal bills which amount to $2 million while she gets nothing – was spotted earlier on Thursday in the San Fernando Valley with ex and felon, Paul Richard Soliz. 

Both the performer and Soliz were seen trying to keep a low profile as they sat inside a Mercedes SUV on the side of a road, as per photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.

While Paul was sitting in front of the steering wheel, Britney sat in the passenger seat and was slouched down on the red leather material. 

At one point, the star – who donned a pair of blue jeans and white top – kicked up her tan heels onto the dashboard, and cracked the windshield on her side. 

Britney held her smartphone in her hand while also sporting a pair of white-rimmed shades. 

The singer’s former housekeeper also dressed down in a blue, plaid button up as the pair prepared to drive off to their next destination. 

Earlier this year in February, the Toxic hitmaker shut down rumors that she was dating Paul in an Instagram video.

Alongside a reel of the star showing off her dance skills, Spears penned that she is a ‘hopeless romantic understanding that being single is awesome.’ 

At the time, an insider had informed Us Weekly that, ‘Britney and Paul are definitely together’ while adding, ‘He’s still in the picture.’ 

A separate source also claimed to the publication that the pair have taken short trips to Santa Barbara together, and added that her former housekeeper also spends the night at her home. 

‘She doesn’t like it when he leaves. [Britney] feels as though she deserves more attention, but he has to be there for his kids.’ 

And last year in September, another insider told DailyMail.com that Britney and Paul aren’t dating, but revealed they had a ‘short fling.’ 

The songstress was most recently married to Sam Asghari whom she tied the knot with in 2022. However, in August 2023, the actor filed for divorce, citing ‘irreconcilable differences.’ 

‘They had a short fling after Sam left but that was it,’ the source informed DailyMail.com.

‘Britney hooked up with him twice and, at the time, [she] did not know about his criminal past. She no longer has any communication with him.’ 

Paul notably has multiple felonies, according to court documents, such as possession of a fire arm in December 2022 when he was employed by Britney. 

Also in September 2023, Soliz was seen at the San Fernando Superior Court after allegedly violating his probation. 

Britney’s latest outing comes after her she shockingly settled her years-long legal battle with dad Jamie Spears and will end up footing his over $2million legal bills while getting nothing in the process.

The singer quietly resolved her legal battle with her 71-year-old father according to TMZ on Friday, and she is said to be furious over the matter.

According to the site, Jamie will not be paying a cent and his daughter will be paying for his legal bills in what is said to be a stunning turn of events.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Spears and has yet to hear back. 

Insiders for TMZ have claimed that Britney is said to be furious about the quiet settlement. The publication reports that their sources had said her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, had assured her that she had a solid case.

However she is now going to have to pay her father Jamie’s legal bills which are said to amount to more than $2million.

TMZ also reports that Britney has paid her lawyer Rosengart more than a whopping $4million and is in an even bigger financial hole from the case after the settlement.

In February, it seemed like their legal battle was still in it for the long haul in the aftermath of her conservatorship is still continuing years after the arrangement was ended in 2021 – and Jamie claimed at the time that it was Britney’s doing in new documents.

Jamie wrote in legal filings obtained Wednesday, February 7 by The Blast that his daughter has been using stall tactics to draw out the case.

He urged the judge overseeing the case not to grant a stay in the case, which could lead to a continuance that would postpone trial start until a later date.

Britney – who claimed that she was forced to give up her ‘freedom’ in order to see her children while under the conservatorship – is about to begin mediation sessions with her father later this month, and he suggests she is trying to stall the until after the mediation, even though he says it will likely be fruitless.

‘There is no reason to stay any portion of the case (as the Court acknowledged at the January 5, 2024 hearing) and there is certainly no basis for staying briefing or any other activity that in any way relates to Jamie’s pending summary judgment motion set for hearing on April 12, 2024,’ Spears’ legal team wrote in their latest filing.

He indicated that he and Britney were unlikely to resolve their issues after spending more than two years without coming to an agreement.

The petition also emphasizes that the former conservator to Britney filed his Petition for Order Allowing and Approving Payment of Compensation to Conservator and Attorneys for Conservative and Reimbursement of Costs over nearly three years ago in March of 2021.

The petition was a request for Britney to pay his legal fees over the conservatorship battle, but so far the Toxic singer and her attorney Mathew Rosengart have resisted paying Jamie’s expenses.

His petition is expected to be resolved when the trial begins in June of this year. Spears’ team continued in the filing by accusing Britney of ‘consistently [trying] to delay’ the start of the trial.

They appeared to suggest that her legal team was filing frivolous motions, only to not follow through when the time came. 

Although Jamie may want to simply wrap up the trial since the conservatorship has already been ended for years now, he also has financial incentives to prevent delays, as his bills to expensive legal counsel will increase the longer the proceedings continue. 

In a statement she gave in court shortly before her conservatorship ended, Britney accused the arrangement of preventing her from marrying her then-boyfriend Sam Asghari.

Britney also said she was denied simple acts of independence, such as being allowed to drive her own car. In a more shocking moment, she even claimed that she had not been allowed to have her IUD removed.

Britney has also accused her father of getting rich from her wealth.

She also accused her mother Lynne Spears and her younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears of living off the conservatorship, though she has somewhat mended her relationship with them in the subsequent years.
