"International Justice" It will issue its decision next Tuesday in Nicaragua’s lawsuit against Germany regarding Gaza
The International Court of Justice, the highest judicial body in the United Nations, announced that it will issue a decision next Tuesday, in a lawsuit filed by Nicaragua against Germany, accusing the latter of violating the 1948 Genocide Convention, By providing Israel with weapons to bomb Gaza.
Nicaragua, the “Central American country,” requested from the International Court of Justice in The Hague , imposing emergency measures until Berlin stops supplying weapons to Israel.
Nicaragua criticized Germany for its support for Israel, considering that providing weapons to the Israeli government, While providing aid to Gaza at the same time is “unfortunate and contemptible.”
Nicaragua also requested 5 temporary measures, the most prominent of which is that Germany “immediately suspend its aid to Israel, in particular Military, including military equipment.
