Australia’s most tattooed woman travels to Spain for body modifications that are ‘highly illegal’ at home
Australia’s most tattooed woman has travelled to Spain to get even more body modification work which she cannot get in Australia.
Amber Luke, 31, shared a clip to social media on Tuesday in which she revealed she was currently in Barcelona to undergo some extreme body updates – which are illegal in her home country.
The social media star will have a ‘coin slot’ inserted into her ear, and a silicone bow placed under the skin in her hand.
‘Australia has made them highly illegal for seven years. I’m about to get two body mods done, I am super f***ing keen! I have had this plan for a while, I am getting a coin slot in my ear,’ Amber told her fans.
‘They take a hole out of your helix that they put different earrings in and layer it. And for the past year and a half I have planned to have this body mod in my hand, it is a silicone bow, I am very excited!’
These body modification procedures are known as subdermal implants and are strictly regulated across Australia due to the potential risks involved in getting them.

Amber then revealed what she hoped to get out of this procedure.
‘The end result is to have a nice implant that is not all f***ed up! That is going to be my mission in Barcelona, and healing. End result is to look f***ing sick!’ she said.
Amber is covered from head to toe in a wide array of eye-popping tattoos and has reportedly spent over $280,000 on her body art.
In May 2024, she revealed that she was getting her eyeballs tattooed a second time, after the procedure was initially botched.
Amber, who was blinded for three weeks after her first attempt at tattooing her eyeballs went awry, revealed she was heading to Brazil for a second try.
‘The reason I’m doing this is because I was so botched in the first place I do not ever want to experience that again,’ she told Triple M WA breakfast host Robbie Von.
‘People say, “Why the hell would you put yourself through that again, knowing that that could be a risk?” But there is actually no risk if it’s done correctly.’
The inked beauty revealed the original mistake happened when the tattoo artist, who set out to tint her eyeballs, did the procedure incorrectly which caused ‘excruciating’ pain and temporary blindness.
Amber added she was excited because the upcoming procedure would see her change her eyeball colour to a more unique shade.

‘I’m adding two pin points of black ink to each eyeball. My eyes are solid blue at the moment, with my iris being brown. It will look kind of like a nebula galaxy effect on an eyeball.’
In January 2024, she shared a rare throwback photo of herself before the radical changes.
Amber, who’s better known as ‘Dragon Girl’, took to Instagram to open up about her past appearance and the ‘inner battles’ she faced at the time.
In the accompanying image, Amber showcased a fresh, youthful face almost bare of tattoos and piercings.
Luke has made headlines for her conspicuous appearance, with over 98 per cent of her body covered in tattoos.
