The rhythmic gymnastics team has reserved 6 places in the Paris Olympics through its participation in the African Championship competitions currently being held in Rwanda with the participation of a large number of African teams.
Alia Saleh succeeded. In qualifying for the Paris Olympics after winning first place and the gold medal during her participation in the African Championship competitions, while Habiba Marzouk won third place and the bronze medal.
The Egyptian rhythmic gymnastics team also snatched the qualification ticket. For the Paris Olympics at the team level with 5 female athletes after winning first place and the gold medal.
The African Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship, which was held for the first time in Rwanda, witnessed historic participation after the number of teams reached 12 teams, a record number achieved under the presidency of Dr. Ihab Amin of the African Union.
