A 24-year-old girl from New York kidnapped a man, tortured him, and demanded $100,000 in ransom
24-year-old Valerie Rosario from New York, along with three of her partners, detained a man from a dating site, after inviting him to visit her on a date. The New York Post reported.
According to the New York Post, at about one in the morning on the day of the incident, the victim arrived at Rosario’s apartment, where three men stormed directly, pointing their guns at him.
The victim was undressed, tied up, put in the bathroom, after which his body was doused with flammable substances and set on fire. Later, the man was taken to another location, where the attackers called the victim’s brother, demanding a ransom of $100,000 from him.
When the police managed to locate and arrest the kidnappers, the victim was unconscious and, according to the police, was “already barely breathing”, and his body had a large number of burns and wounds.
